We currently have the following vacancies:

FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT/NIGHT PORTER x 2

(full time on a rolling rota approx 30-40 hrs per week)

The successful applicant will have the ability to multi task, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure and take the initiative whilst working in a lively and sociable environment.

Enthusiasm, patience, common sense and a sound knowledge of Cardiff and Wales are essential. IT skills, travel experience and the ability to speak Welsh and foreign languages will be advantageous.

You will be responsible for the safety and security of the building and its guests. Confidence in dealing with varied and multicultural customers and large groups in a firm but pleasant manner will be crucial, as will attention to detail in taking bookings and transactions.

You must be self motivated and able to work well alone or as part of a team. Due to the nature of the industry you will be required to work weekends and bank holidays.

Shifts will include days, evenings and nights.
